Warranty

All products carried on this website come with a full manufacturer warranty. Please check with the manufacturer for any warranty issues or concerns.

Taxes

We are located in the state of Arizona. If the address which we are shipping to is also located in the state of Arizona, you will be charged a 9.50% tax on your purchase. It doesn't matter where the merchandise gets shipped from, if we are shipping to Arizona then you will be charged tax. If we ship to somewhere outside of Arizona, then you will not be charged any tax.

Shipping

We ship to all locations in the Continental US including APO & FPO. There are times when we ship straight from the manufacturer, which means we have no control over which shipping method is used; UPS, FedEx, or USPS. But, if you would like to receive your shipment faster than the standard shipping, we are capable of getting that arranged for you.

Returns

You Must Contact Us Before Returning Any Merchandise. All merchandise must be accompanied with an RA (Return Authorization) Number. All merchandise must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date the shipment was received and the returned merchandise should still be postmarked within 30 calendar days of received shipment.

All returns, damaged or not, must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. If the merchandise is returned with any missing material and/or is not resalable (i.e. ripped manuals), there will be a 20% restocking fee applied. If receiving a replacement item, you must pay the restocking fee before any replacements can be shipped out.

We cannot accept any software for returns. Due to health regulations we might not be able to accept all items for returns if they enter the ears or mouth of the user.

You will be responsible for any return shipping costs you might incur. If the damage is caused by the user, we will not accept it for a refund/exchange and all returns will be assessed by our technician. We might be able to Repair the equipment for you, so please contact us first.

Exchanges

Damaged On Arrival: If the equipment is damaged upon delivery, we will pay for a replacement to be shipped out to you after we receive the original equipment the same as how you received it and it has been assessed by the technician. In order to avoid restocking fees you must return the original packaging and the included contents/accessories.

Non Damaged Exchanges: All original packaging and contents must be included in your return to avoid a restocking fee. You will be responsible for the return delivery and the shipping costs for the new item. If there is a difference in product pricing, you will be required to pay the difference before any equipment gets shipped out to you.

Refunds

If you would like to receive a store credit, then there will only be a 10% restocking fee applied.

Damaged On Arrival: If the equipment is damaged upon delivery and would like to receive a refund, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied and the actual cost of shipping will be deducted. The returned equipment must be shipped back with all the original packaging and contents/accessories that were included, if not, there will be a higher restocking fee applied. All returns will get assessed by the technician before any refunds are made.

Non Damaged Refund: If for any reason you can't use the equipment after receiving it, you can return the equipment as long as everything is included in the returned packaging and has never been used. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied and the actual cost of shipping will be deducted. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs you might incur. All returns will get assessed by the technician before any refunds are made.
